Support is sold on an annual basis. Annual maintenance agreements include software updates and technical support. If your maintenance agreement has expired, renewing it will bring your Zemax key up to date. The renewal cost is tiered, based on the expiration date.

To check your expiration date you can open Zemax or OpticStudio then navigate to Help and then About.
